My package or product is damaged, what can I do?

That’s very inconvenient! We would like to ask you to report this by clicking here to contact us. In order to help you quickly, we require the following information:

  • The ordernumber
  • A description of the damage
  • Which product(s) are concerned
  • What quantities of those product(s)
  • Your order number
  • Pictures of the damaged product(s)
Can I exchange my product?

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges.  

You can return any product that you do not wish to keep via the instructions on the packing slip and the return form. You can then make another order for the product you desire in our webshop. If you return your entire order, we will also refund the shipping costs you paid. 

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Vouchers, discount coupons and gift cards cannot be returned.

Where can I find my order number for my return?

To register your return digitally, you need your order number.

You can see this number at the top of the packing slip under the heading 'Order number'. You will find the packing slip in a plastic sleeve on the outside of your package.

You can also find the order number in the emails you received from us, like the order confirmation or the emails about the shipping status. In the emails, you can see the order number in the subject of the emails and at the bottom left of the emails about the shipping status.

To which account will my payment be refunded?

The amount will be refunded to the account from which it was debited. It is not possible to use another account for this.

How long does it take for my payment to be refunded?

If you return your whole order, you will be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs. If you only return part of the order, only the amount of that product will be refunded.   

Within 14 days of receiving the return, the amount due will be refunded, provided the product has been received in good condition. 

How can I return my order?

The packing slip that comes with your order also contains information on the return steps:

Pack the unwanted items, preferably in the original packaging.

  1. Go to: www.elho.com/returns and follow the steps to create and print out your return label and form.
  2. Stick the return label (page 1) onto the outside of the box. Add the return form (page 2) into the box with the unwanted products.
  3. Then go to https://www.dpd.co.uk/apps/shopfinder to find your nearest drop off point.
  4. The products that you want to return must be sent to us within 30 days after you have submitted a return request on the website.

The products must be returned with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging.

If you return your whole order, you will be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs. If you only return part of the order, only the amount of that product will be refunded.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond repair, we may charge you for the reduced value of the product. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is well packed when you return it.

Within 14 days of receiving the return, the amount due will be refunded, provided the product has been received in good condition.

Do I have to pay if I want to return my order?

No, this is completely free with our transport partner!

How long do I have to return my order?

After receiving your order you have 100 days to return the order! 

The products must be returned with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original state and packaging.
