Shipping and delivery

At the moment it is not possible to direct your order straight to a pick-up point. You may be able to do this later in the process if you receive track & trace emails from our carrier with updates about your delivery. In this e-mail, you can indicate via a button that you want to pick up the package at a pick-up point and choose, for example, a store near you.
You elho order will be dispatched from our main warehouse in the Netherlands.
Elho delivers to the following countries:
- Netherlands
- Mainland United Kingdom (including: England, Wales and Scotland)
- Germany
- France
- Belgium
- Spain (excluding: Ceuta, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Las Palmas, Les Baleares, Melilla)
- Italy (excluding: Sicily and Sardinia)
Our carrier will deliver your order to the chosen delivery address. If you are not at home during this delivery attempt, you will receive a message (normally a note in the letterbox and/or an e-mail). You can also track the order via the track & trace link you received from us.
Our carrier will let you know where your order is by means of the note and/or e-mail. The possible options are:
- Your order has been delivered to the neighbours
- Your order has been delivered to a collection point
Yes you can! When your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with a track & trace link. You can use that link to track your order.
We have a minimal order value is £10. For orders above £40, shipping is free! For shipments under £40, you have to pay £4.49 in shipping costs.
There are no additional import duties – we cover all customs fees.
Your order will be delivered by our carrier to your home. When ordering you can indicate to which address your order can be delivered.
Your order will be delivered as soon as possible by our carrier. You cannot choose a delivery date.
Your order will be delivered within 6 working days. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a track & trace link to follow the status of your delivery. In exceptional cases, slight delays may occur. If you have any further questions, please contact us here
