Please include your name, e-mail address, a clear description of your complaint and add the proof of purchase and/or a photo of the product.
Yes, you can always contact us with your complaint, even if you purchased the product in a store or from another webshop. We’ll be happy to think along with you and find a suitable solution.
Please note: if your complaint is about the delivery (for example, if the product arrived damaged), it’s best to get in touch with the store or webshop where you purchased the product, as they are responsible for the delivery.
