Plant information

General

This plant has a mind of its own. Where other ferns are known for their feathered leaves, this bird’s nest fern prefers thick, long, bright green ones. The fern got his name thanks to its shape, which looks like a little green bird’s nest. Fun fact: this plants loves to grow in palm trees in the wild.

Care

Just like other ferns, the bird’s nest fern loves his humidity. Make sure the plant’s soil is always moist (but not soaking wet!). Your fern will appreciate a good misting every now and then.

Placing

Place your fern in a bright and warm spot, but keep him away from direct sunlight. Because the plant lives underneath the foliage of other plants in the wild, he’s not used to too much light. With his love for humidity, the bird’s nest fern is the perfect bathroom plant.
