In several ways, for instance by spreading it on top of the soil in your garden, or by adding it to your plant pots. Anywhere you feel nature can use some high-quality compost. 

Key is to put your elho composter in a semi-shaded spot in your garden. This will make sure the temperature will stay at the right level to get great compost. And as this is the first good-looking composter, put it somewhere your friends & family can spot it. It deserves a prominent spot in any garden!  

Finished compost shows no initial ingredients, is earthy smelling and looks like smooth rich organic soil. 

The composter has a big advantage, as it could contain any organic material. By the end of the process, you will see which materials aren’t processed. So, try & learn. It’s all up to you. 

The process isn’t running smoothly, please help! 
For sure, the process will not run at 100% at first. If it does, you’re a true composting hero. Congrats! If not, please check the conditions and adjust where needed. The beauty of nature is, it adapts fast. So, adjust, wait and see and continue this natural process! 

The beauty of creating your own compost is; 10% is about having the right info, and the other 90% is about getting started! At elho our aim is to make sure anyone can start composting. 

I’ve got several composter on shelf, why do we need elho’s?

To create high-quality compost, we need animal live (bacteria, worms and other organisms). That’s why we embrace it. However, we can imagine you don’t like unwanted guests (f.i. mouses). That’s why our compost bin plate is specially designed to prevent unwanted animal live to get in.
