Plant information

General

These little pink dianthus flowers, also known as sweet william, give off the loveliest floral scent. The plant smells like spring, is guaranteed to put a smile on your face and attracts lots of bees and butterflies. Great news, because our winged friends can use all the flowering plants they can find. The plant provides a pleasant living environment for these little animals, and adds some much needed colour to your garden or balcony. A win-win situation for you and the little creatures!

Care

Dianthus plants enjoy a good watering, so make sure the soil always stays slightly moist. Add a bit of fertiliser to the water every now and then to keep your plant happy. Remove any dried up flowers as soon as you spot them, to make room for new flowers to grow.

Placing

Sweet william plants like to sit in the sun, but a bit of shade is fine as well. Do make sure your plant gets enough light every day.

Propogation

You can repot your dianthus after purchase.
