
International Sales Manager – Good(s) Factory
As International Sales Manager at Good(s) Factory (part of elho), you will be responsible for driving international sales growth with a strong focus on key international retailers and the discount channel. You will manage relationships across multiple markets, develop sales strategies, and work closely with internal teams to grow the business. You play a central role in scaling our commercial impact across borders while staying true to our purpose: bringing more green into people’s daily lives.

What is your mission?
As International Sales Manager, you will expand and manage international accounts key accounts. In our dedicated team you’ll work closely with Sales operations and Product Management and will be supported by the assistant sales managers. Together with the Head of Good(s)Factory and the Benelux Sales Manager you define the sales strategy.

What are your responsibilities?
Lead the development and execution of the international sales strategy
Manage and grow key international retail accounts, with a focus on the discount channel
Achieve sales and profitability targets across multiple regions
Identify and pursue new international market opportunities
Collaborate with Product Management to tailor offerings for each market
Analyse International market trends and customer needs
Build and present impactful sales pitches and account plans
Align regularly with internal teams on forecasts, innovation, and customer feedback
Monitor competition and benchmark best practices
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working level, preferably in Business or Marketing
At least 5 years of international sales experience in the non-food sector
Strong experience in private label and discount retail
Excellent commercial, analytical, and organizational skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Willingness to travel internationally
This is a full-time position
