What will your mission be as an Account Service Manager? 

As Account Service Manager for Team DACH, you are the driving force behind smooth operations and strong customer relationships. You know your customers inside out and make sure we deliver on every promise. From managing an efficient order flow to providing accurate product and pricing information, you keep everything on track.

You love working in German and thrive in an international environment. Setting priorities? That’s a second nature to you. You’re the first point of contact for our sales managers in the field and an active participant in internal meetings. If needed, you roll up your sleeves to support with order processing or administration – because teamwork matters.

Your entrepreneurial mindset and service-oriented attitude make you the “go-to” person for both customers and colleagues. You balance customer wishes with what’s possible, think logically, and always look for smart solutions. Optimizing processes excites you, and you enjoy working with different digital tools. Above all, you’re a team player who loves variety in your work – and of course, you share our passion for nature!

 

What will be your responsibilities? 

  • Keep operations running smoothly: Monitor and follow up on workload within the team, working closely with account service representatives.

  • Manage key processes: Handle quotations, orders, assortment details and price lists with precision.

  • Support sales success: Prepare tailored customer proposals and promotional activities for the DACH team sales managers.

  • Collaborate internationally: Join periodic sales meetings online and occasionally on-site at our office.

  • Drive improvement: Proactively suggest and implement ideas to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

  • Build strong relationships: Act as the trusted partner for one of our largest retail customers, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction.

 

What do you bring? 

  • Higher professional education level (Bachelor-level)

  • Advanced administrative skills; you know your way around Microsoft, especially Excel 

  • Experience in logistics and supply chain is a pre 

  • Knowledge of ERP system (SAP) is preferred 

  • At least 3 years of International working experience in a customer service or sales (support) role 

  • You are available for 32 hours; 

  • You have (near) native level of German, you have good understanding of the English language for internal use. Dutch is a pre, but not necessary.
