What will your mission be as an assistant sales manager?

As an assistant sales manager, you and your colleagues ensure that everything runs smoothly within team Italy. Keeping an overview and dividing tasks is therefore no problem for you. You are the first point of contact for sales managers and you participate in internal meetings, but if necessary, you are also ready to help the customer care representatives with booking orders. Everything to set up a successful commercial process for your customers.

You enjoy working within an international organization, both for the business market and for consumers. We are looking for an enterprising personality with excellent communication skills. You can keep an overview, think logically, are solution-oriented and you enjoy optimizing processes. You are a good listener and have a service-oriented attitude. You are a real team player and enjoy the diversity in your work.

What are you going to do?

  • Ensure that the workload is followed up optimally and in a timely manner within your team, in collaboration with the customer care representatives;
  • Spend time and attention on preparing and distributing reports;
  • Take care of quotations, orders, assortment and price lists;
  • Support sales managers by developing specific customer and sales promotions;
  • Participate in periodic sales meetings;
  • You are not afraid to make proposals regarding the optimization of processes.
