We are therefore looking for a Sales representative for our sales team in Germany. Are you the one with a passion for sales that will help us grow our customers in Germany and make the shopper choose for more green in his or her daily life from our goal: 'Bring today's nature into people's daily lives'?
As a Sales Representative you are partly responsible for the commercial success of elho.
You are responsible for the sales in the assigned area to garden centers, DIY stores and other relevant channels. The Sales Representative represents Elho. In order to achieve the sales targets, existing customers as well as prospects will be approached and visited. Together with the Elho concept and within the Elho conditions the turnover will be increased.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Turnover responsible for the yearly budget in the assigned area;
- Visit existing customers and prospects (according to route planning, in cooperation with the Sales Manager);
- Further professionalize and intensify your relation with the customer;
- Support relations by means of merchandising, arranging shelves and solving
complaints, etc. ;
- Take care of a up to date administration & responsible for correct follow-up visits;
- Gain relevant knowledge of the market and your customers;
- Attend local, national and international trade shows;
- Contribute to a positive image through a professional and personal company- and product presentation;
- Responsible for adhering to Elho quality and OH&S requirements;
- The employee is required, if deemed necessary by the employer, to perform other tasks, as long as this can be reasonably expected from the employee.
Who are you?
- You have preferably 3 years of successful commercial experience in the region;
- Working experience within our line of business is an advantage
- Written and speaken command of your native language and knowledge of English level B1 is a must;
- You are convincing, committed, reliable and dynamic ;
- You are results-oriented, determined and resolute;
- Also we are looking for a fun, dynamic and passionate new colleague;
